How to write multiple notes for an email?
To be clear, simple gmail notes itself does not support multiple notes.
you need to enable simple mobile CRM, and use the comment feature there.
1. In the SGN settings, set the "Show CRM Sidebar" to 'Always Show'. 
2. Then, log into Simple Mobile CRM by clicking the 'Sync to CRM' icon. 
3. This will display the sidebar in email detail views, allowing you to add multiple comments (visible after a refresh) in the comment section.  
You can also customize the displayed modules in the sidebar from the CRM settings.
