Method 1：
1. Invite delegated members to become team members. How to invite Team member
2. Click ''Sync" icon into Simple Mobile CRM.
3. Select a team member to view all email note of the team member
Method 2：
1. The delegated person logs in to Gmail and simple Gmail notes on the browser of the delegate person (without saving the password).
