01. Click the 'sync' button of Simple Gmail Notes to send a note to Simple Mobile CRM (accessible in CRM app and website).
This action also allows the notes of Simple Mobile CRM to be synced back to SGN.

03. You can also ask mobile app to pull notes from SGN upon login, this feature can be activated in the CRM settings page. Once the setup is done, any new SGN notes will be automatically imported every time you launch the mobile CRM app. A CRM subscription is needed to enable this feature.
This option also allows you to directly view the SGN notes in official Gmail app.
04. For non subscribers, you could import the SGN notes using the SGN import function of CRM app. Non subscribers can import notes of update to 7 days back.
