First, make sure your 'view note' permission is turned off. Otherwise, all notes will be automatically shared to the team.
01. Click 'team share' icon
02. Click 'Yes' button
03. After sharing, the icon status will be changed
After sharing, team members will ONLY see this note of yours. All others are still private to you.
Note sharing from sidebar:
01. Click 'team share' icon
02. Click 'OK' button.
03. After sharing, the icon status will be changed
To remove the sharing, click the 'team sharing' icon again.
Click 'Yes' button
The team sharing status will be reverted.
