Simple Mobile CRM Team Introduction
Firstly, click on the 'sync to CRM' icon and sign in to Simple Mobile CRM.
1. In any note textarea of Simple Gmail Notes or Simple Mobile CRM, you can always mention anyone in the same domain, and your team member will receive the email.
2. However, a team is required for more in-depth teamwork, such as viewing the full HTML email content or adding comments to the notes.
3. To create a team, go to this page to invite team members. The first person who initiates the team invitation will automatically become the team owner.
4. The member will receive an email, click the link in the email, and complete the team setup.
5. Now, team members can click the ‘view more’ or ‘reply’ button in the email for various team interactions.
6. You can see more details in the team-related sidebar of the CRM desktop.
