Team Collaboration in Gmail List Page
With this feature, your CRM team members can see the notes of each other, as far as:

1. You and other team members are inside the same CRM team.
2. The team members has allowed others to view his/her notes in permissions page
3. The option of 'view team notes via email subject matching' is enabled in settings page.
4. The team members received emails with same email subject (e.g. a email was sent to multiple recipients via 'to' or 'cc' field).
Check the box for Note Permissions in the CRM.
Enable this setting in the CRM settings interface (enabled by default).
Team members can view all notes written by members in the Gmail list page. 
If the last note was added by a team member, the summary card border is highlighted in green.
You can move your mouse over the abstract to view more information.
*The earliest team notes date back to 90 days ago.
In the Gmail detail page, notes written by other team members are shown in the sidebar with a green border.
Who can use this feature?
All paid CRM users can use this feature. Moreover, if the team owner has subscribed to the professional plan, then every one in the team can use this feature.
